Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at David Leslie Ltd, a respected contractor based in the Warrington area.

The successful candidate will possess considerable Main Contractor experience in complex construction projects with values ranging from £100k to £4m.

Key responsibilities will include site-based coordination and management of internal and sub-contracted multi-disciplined labour for secured projects.

When not site based, the role may involve the ordering of materials and assisting the wider project team as required.

The role is client facing, requiring a presentable and professional approach at all times.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering MEP, Civil and Fit-Out MEP Projects to an extremely high standard.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in a Main Contractor role.
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS Qualification
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 according to experience
