Academy Site Manager

We are working with a leading business in the Mechanical and Electrical Critical Services sector to find an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to take on a new challenge with a company that values its customers and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Managers with progress reports, managing labour, and ensuring all agreed deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience with fit out package delivery and a strong background in Site Management within Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil projects. They will be able to work effectively with the project team to deliver high-quality results and provide excellent customer service.

- Supporting the delivery of fit out packages to a high standard
- Supporting the Project Managers with site meetings, progress reports, and client review meetings
- Understanding client requirements and delivering excellent customer service
- Assisting with scheduling of works and labour allocation
- Liaising with internal and external teams, including subcontract labour
- Supporting with pricing of tenders, quotes, and upselling business services
- Reviewing sub-contractor RAMS and ensuring access to site documentation
- Delivering toolbox talks and maintaining team engagement
- Building relationships with clients and other stakeholders
