Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Cheshire East Council. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families to achieve their outcomes and navigate their care experience.
About the Role:- Work in partnership with Social Workers and multi-agency partners to identify children, young people, and their families who need additional support and direct work.
- Provide support to families in crisis, maintaining family connections, and supporting the assessment process.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing children and families, with a record of successful partnership working and direct work with children and their families.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support families in crisis.
