About the Role:

The Change Partners are collaborating with a prominent Travel brand that is undergoing a significant transformation and expansion of its marketing teams. We are seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in steering the marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Strategy across the UK and Europe, in close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies to effectively target specific customer segments across various channels.
  • Oversee the creation and management of the Marketing calendar.
  • Engage with all marketing channels including Paid Media, Sponsorships, Social Media, Creative, Public Relations, Partnerships, and Production.
  • Account for seasonal trends in demand and trading activities.
  • Review and approve all marketing materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Formulate and implement the social media strategy.
  • Act as the custodian of the brand.
  • Design, manage, and execute comprehensive Marketing Campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies specializing in Media and Advertising.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal return on investment.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in DTC Marketing, with a focus on brand management and delivering impactful campaigns, or relevant agency experience.
  • Experience on either the agency or client side.
  • Proficient in developing marketing strategies encompassing social media, branding, public relations, media, and creative elements.
  • Familiarity with both online and offline marketing channels.
  • Strong commercial insight and acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external agencies with a focus on achieving high ROI.
  • Innovative thinking to facilitate the delivery of creative Marketing Campaigns.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in DTC brand or agency roles, preferably within the travel sector, though this is not a strict requirement.
