About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure parcels are delivered to the right place at the right time
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Prep your van and workload for the day to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Upbeat, self-motivated and thrive whilst working independently
  • Organised, punctual with great initiative
  • Committed to the delivery of great customer service
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail
