Job Summary

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members and partner golf clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concierge Services: Monitor and respond to all concierge requests in a timely manner.
  • Tee Time Management: Check tee time availability with partner golf clubs, book tee times for members as requested, and ensure a first-class experience for our members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Golf Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of golf, its rules, playing formats, and etiquette.
  • Administrative Tasks: Proficient user of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word) and basic working knowledge of Xero.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service skills, great communication and presentation skills, and be confident in written and telephone communications.
  • Transportation: Have a full, clean driving license and own transport.
Requirements

Selected candidates will participate in online interviews, with further interviews taking place in person in Kent, London, or Gloucestershire.
