About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Concierge to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a Housing Concierge, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the health and safety of our buildings, including patrolling to check fire doors and ensuring everything is locked and secure.
  • Provide first-line support to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Think on your feet and manage situations on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when necessary.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our buildings.
Requirements
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and communities.
  • Able to use technology to create and update support plans, complete mandatory learning, and stay in touch with colleagues.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
