Job Title: Commercial Manager

Job Summary:

Indaver is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in Essex. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new and existing business opportunities in the Rivenhall Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) and the municipal solid waste services (MSWS) business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in the Rivenhall IWMF and MSWS business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and proposals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of commercial activities, including sales, revenue, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
