Job Title: Commercial Manager

Indaver is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in Essex. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and representing Indaver in trade associations and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new and existing business opportunities in the Rivenhall Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) and the municipal solid waste services (MSWS) business in the region.
  • Be a knowledge holder of the MSWS business in the region and seek opportunities in developing technologies such as metals recovery, carbon capture and reuse, hydrogen, and other prospective projects.
  • Represent Indaver in trade associations, working groups, and conferences.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree or a master's level of thinking in a relevant discipline.
  • 10-year proven sales experience in an industrial B2B environment.
  • Experience in managing budgets, revenues, and margins.
  • Developing new business areas.
  • Political knowledge of the UK and local government.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and policy.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
