Environmental Sustainability Manager

Allen & York Ltd is seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join their London team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior managers to implement the company's environmental strategy, driving behaviour change and reducing carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental strategies to reduce the company's environmental impact
  • Manage the company's ISO14001 and 50001 certifications, including conducting internal audits and overseeing external audits
  • Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of environmental professionals, including two Environmental Managers and an Advisor
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to modernize the building and implement energy-efficient measures

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to join a leading international law firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior managers, internal stakeholders, and clients to drive sustainability and reduce the company's environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental sustainability management, preferably in a facilities or estates management role
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations
  • Ability to manage a team and lead initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
