Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Keltbray Energy. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional commercial results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Commercial Manager in providing support to the contract delivery team to ensure profitability and cash management.
  • Input into the application and credit control processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and pricing of variations.
  • Understand and manage project risk, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Produce CVRs and CTC, and manage the full sub-contract cycle, including documentation and cost control.
  • Assist with weekly cost to complete/budget reviews and upload documentation as necessary.
  • Review weekly site records, including allocation sheets and site diaries, and attend project progress meetings.
  • Prepare monthly financial performance reports and assist with the preparation of business targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
