About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Pebble Mill Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents, promoting their mental and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive person-centred care
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
