We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Administrator to join our Financial Services Bereavement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients during a difficult time.

This is a remote opportunity, with occasional on-site work required at one of our banking hubs. You will be working closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive a first-class service and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support and guidance via various communication channels
  • Scanning and verifying documentation, including ID and legal paperwork
  • Processing estate closures and payments
  • Assisting with Inheritance Tax queries and providing administration support
  • Managing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a sensitive and empathetic manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
