Person Specification:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, or a related field, and a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) or commitment to work towards one.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in the plumbing industry, with a strong understanding of domestic and commercial plumbing systems, central heating systems, and gas safety.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and industry partners.
  • Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including Corgi Regulations and GCSE grade C (4/5) in Maths and English.
