Ecolab, a leading provider of food safety and brand protection solutions, is seeking a part-time Food Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Food Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations and providing customized training to help our clients maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct food safety and brand standards evaluations at client locations
  • Consult and train clients on the latest food safety and hygiene practices
  • Work with account management teams to resolve client challenges
  • Perform a budgeted number of audits weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Access and leverage industry-leading food safety practices and ongoing monitoring of health inspection information
  • Provide accurate reporting and ensure effective customer communication and relationships
Requirements:
  • Completed bachelor's degree in food science or related field
  • Food safety certifications preferred, such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA credentials
  • Retail food safety experience and reviews of brand standards
  • Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively without supervision, demonstrate initiative, and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills
