Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Multi Services team at Williams Lea.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Management:
    • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through regular communication and feedback.
    • Work with the Account Manager to identify opportunities for service improvement and develop proposals for additional services.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Management:
    • Lead and motivate a team of 6 direct reports to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    • Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Multi Services team, including print room, mail room, and front of house services.
    • Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards and that customer expectations are met.
    • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
