Our hotel features a striking 12-storey design, symbolizing the vibrant festival spirit of the city. It will serve as a central hub for retail, leisure, and entertainment, alongside residential spaces. This establishment aims to transform the hospitality landscape of the city, merging signature amenities with contemporary design and cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As the Sushi Culinary Leader Trainee, you will:
1. Oversee the daily operations of sushi production within the SUSHISAMBA kitchen.
2. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
3. Recruit and nurture top culinary talent.
4. Develop and enforce kitchen policies and procedures.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the W ethos in all guest interactions.
6. Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
7. Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
8. Work closely with department heads to ensure a successful hotel launch and ongoing operations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in sushi preparation or similar high-end culinary environments.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
