Key Responsibilities:- Document Control: Lead the management of project documents, including client, internal, and supplier documents, and maintain accurate status reports and DMS records.
- Cost To Completes (CTC): Prepare and monitor CTCs for engineer completion, including consumables, project invoicing, and original budgeted allowances.
- Logistics: Support import/export shipping, liaise with transport companies, and manage equipment returns and delivery note generation.
- Travel Support: Handle travel bookings, flights, hotels, and liaise with travel companies.
- General Project Support: Provide administrative assistance to project managers and engineers as needed to ensure project delivery.
- Year-end Figures: Collaborate with financial staff to provide project account data and ensure compliance with QA standards.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Sage 50.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE.
