Proeon is a leading company in the control and safety systems industry, with a strong presence in specialist application areas. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at our Hethel Engineering Centre in Norwich, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Control: Lead the management of project documents, including client, internal, and supplier documents, and maintain accurate status reports and DMS records.
  • Cost To Completes (CTC): Prepare and monitor CTCs for engineer completion, including consumables, project invoicing, and original budgeted allowances.
  • Logistics: Support import/export shipping, liaise with transport companies, and manage equipment returns and delivery note generation.
  • Travel Support: Handle travel bookings, flights, hotels, and liaise with travel companies.
  • General Project Support: Provide administrative assistance to project managers and engineers as needed to ensure project delivery.
  • Year-end Figures: Collaborate with financial staff to provide project account data and ensure compliance with QA standards.
Person Specification:
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Sage 50.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
