Senior Landscape Architect Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our team at Get the Cream LTD. As a key member of our design consultancy, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of urban landscaping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from ideation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage budgets, scope out quotes, and maintain profit margins.
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
  • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainability.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, VectorWorks, Google Sketch Up, Revit) and design presentation tools (Photoshop, Artlantis).
  • 2D and 3D presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of UK regulations and processes.
