About Us:

Architypes Talent Ltd is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice that specializes in delivering high-quality landscape-led masterplans and development projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Landscape Architect to support our landscape director in the delivery of landscape planning and design projects. The successful candidate will become a key member of our landscape team and will work closely with our established team of architects, urban designers, and technicians to deliver landscape-led masterplans and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landscape Planning and Design: Support the landscape director with the delivery of landscape planning and design projects, including landscape planning and design work, masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings, and details.
  • Project Coordination: Conduct site visits and photography, prepare LVIA related baseline plans, and prepare or contribute to reports and written work, including landscape appraisals and Design and Access Statements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of architects, urban designers, and technicians to deliver landscape-led masterplans and development projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards Chartership.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working on landscape projects in the UK.
  • Skills: Strong desire to learn and develop as a professional, demonstrated design flair and technical knowledge, good organizational skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
