As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for developing innovative and creative design concepts for high-end residential projects, working closely with our construction teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-end residential garden design concepts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and luxury.
- Collaborate with our construction teams to oversee the technical implementation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with project briefs.
- Conduct weekly reviews to report performance, define project resource needs, and set targets and deadlines.
- Develop and manage project briefs, scopes, deliverables, and performance against these deliverables.
- Ensure designs adhere to quality assurance standards and manage the design process.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering high-end residential projects, with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and rendering software like Lumion or D5.
- Strong design skills across various project types and stages, with a focus on luxury materials and market standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to illustrate work creatively and communicate effectively with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Extensive knowledge of UK plants, with horticultural expertise being a plus.
- Experience in leading teams and coordinating with external consultants.
- Ability to inspect works during construction and enforce quality standards.
