Senior Landscape Architect Opportunity

About the Role

This award-winning firm is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to work on high-quality projects from small high-end residential to large scale multi-unit schemes for housing developers, working from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead landscape design and planning projects.
  2. Oversee the production of landscape design packages, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape plans, detailed drawings, and Design and Access Statements.
  3. Produce reports and documentation, including Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), Landscape and Visual Appraisals (LVAs), and Design and Access Statements.
  4. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure project success.
  5. Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth.
Requirements
  1. CMLI membership preferable (2+ Years)
  2. 4+ years of Post Qual UK industry experience
  3. Comfortable in a client-facing role
  4. Ability to run projects efficiently
  5. A UK Recognizable degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture
  6. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and other industry software
  7. Working knowledge of rendering software (Rhino/VRay/Lumion)
  8. Proven ability working as a Senior team member under limited supervision
  9. Strong technical and design skills

On offer for the successful Senior Landscape Architect is a salary ranging from £42,000 - £47,000 dependent on experience, a generous benefits package inclusive of professional subscription fees, and hybrid working upon completing probation.
