Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Clough & Willis Solicitors.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in a Litigation role and a good understanding of the Inheritance Act.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases, including contentious probate matters.
You will contribute to business development within the team and assist in building and developing the department.
Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing your own caseload.

- Respond to client queries, build strong relationships.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 PQE in a Litigation Role.
- A good understanding of the Inheritance Act.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience of dealing with clients from the outset.
