Join Our Team as a Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Bury. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload, working closely with our partners on matters including inheritance dispute claims, TOLATA claims, commercial contract disputes, and debt collection.

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain a loyal client base, work on business development matters, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, excellent time management skills, and a commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed caseload of inheritance dispute claims, TOLATA claims, commercial contract disputes, and debt collection
  • Work closely with our partners on matters including litigation and dispute resolution
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base
  • Contribute to business development matters
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work well under pressure
