About the Role:
The Area Manager will be responsible for leading the store operations of multiple Sbarro locations, driving sales and growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing store managers and teams
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the brand and drive customer foot traffic
- Ensure all new store openings meet brand standards and are hired ready for opening dates
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in store management or multi-store management
- Strong operational skills and ability to influence and implement change
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel across various locations and support the team
