Job Title: Account Management Team Lead

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Management Team Lead to join their team. As a key member of the Property Management team, you will be responsible for managing a successful and efficient HMO Property Management team while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong working relationships with local councils and maintain a high level of HMO and licensing knowledge.
  2. Run weekly reports to monitor all aspects of HMO Property Management.
  3. Support the HMO Team in monitoring and managing HMO properties and license requirements.
  4. Manage a team that liaises daily with tenants, contractors, and landlords to ensure maintenance is completed to an excellent standard and in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor team performance and motivate them to continually improve.
  6. Develop good working relationships with the HMO Team, Property Management team, accounts team, compliance team, and lettings team.
  7. Conduct regular employment reviews for team members.
