Job Summary
The Langham, London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Ambassador to join our team in Palm Court. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure that all guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner, and that the Host desk is set for service every day.
- Process accurate billing for guests and provide them with full information about our offerings.
- Take accurate reservations and manage the Host desk effectively.
Requirements
- A warm, confident, and welcoming personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, and to multi-task and assist on the floor when necessary.
- Working knowledge of Micros/Open Table and ability to carry out administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
