About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our dental practice, ensuring that we deliver high-quality patient care and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Line management of the practice team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Supporting the clinical team to deliver their NHS and private objectives, ensuring that we meet our targets and exceed patient expectations.
- Profit and loss management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Reviewing business reports to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the practice.
- Supervising all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management.
- Ensuring that all practice documentation is up to date, including policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Ensuring practice compliance with all health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Dental practice management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Prior experience of being responsible for business performance, working to KPIs and targets, and managing profit and loss.
- Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management.
- A strong level of enthusiasm and motivation to play a key role in growing the practice.
- CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness and commitment to complete necessary requirements, including a DBS check, to obtain registration.
