About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Associated Wellbeing Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and adolescents with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and adolescents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Participate in recreational, therapeutic, and educational activities, promoting socialization and skill development.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
  • Flexibility to work a 24-hour shift system, including night duty.
