As the head of their digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving online sales and traffic growth while managing a digital marketing budget and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a strong understanding of digital marketing, website merchandising, and other eCommerce functions. They will have a proven track record of driving sales and margin growth through careful analysis of historical and live KPIs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales and margin growth on the website through data-driven decision making.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI across all digital channels.
- Building and growing a customer database to target via personalized marketing campaigns.
- Creating and managing promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with the eCommerce web team to drive improvements and optimize the online shopping experience.
- Providing regular eCommerce reporting on sales and KPIs to inform business decisions.
- Managing digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Leading and growing a small team of eCommerce professionals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial eCommerce marketing, with experience managing advertising budgets and working with eCommerce platforms. They will also have advanced Excel skills and a deep understanding of Google Analytics.
