About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at ABode Canterbury. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading from the front and driving the success of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and cooking styles
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of quality and service
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
