Job Title: Senior Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join our New Homes Team as a Senior Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both new build and traditional residential conveyancing, allowing the successful candidate to develop a wide range of skills within residential property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions from start to finish, including reviewing, preparing, and collating legal and title deed documentation.
  • Supervise junior conveyancers, legal executives, and solicitors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide a high-quality and timely legal service to clients, mainly dealing with private client/personal residential conveyancing for key housebuilders and other clients.
  • Contribute to case management workflow setups and edit standard documents for this area of work.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards, attention to detail, and client care, ensuring that professional services meet the firm's standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with home purchase mortgage schemes, and supervising junior team members.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, maintain quality standards, and provide supervision and support to junior team members.
