Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at the George Hotel in Cranbrook, Kent. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the bar area, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring a positive experience in the bar area.
  • Manage the bar area, including serving drinks, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
