About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at the George Hotel in Cranbrook, Kent. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers and deliver great service at every opportunity
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to increase sales and revenue
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
