Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Insight: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational resilience regulations applicable in the UK and Ireland. Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide informed interpretations to the organization.
  • Impact Assessment: Analyze the implications of regulatory shifts on the organization and deliver thorough feedback to senior management. Formulate actionable recommendations to ensure compliance and strategic coherence.
  • Methodological Advancement: Refine existing operational resilience methodologies by integrating industry best practices to bolster the resilience framework.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of Operational Resilience
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations in the UK and Ireland
  • Experience within the Investment Banking sector is highly desirable

Compensation:

  • Attractive salary package of up to £110K
  • Initial contract with opportunities for extension
