About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Production Process Manager to join our team at Avara Foods.

About the Role:
As a Production Process Manager, you will play a key role in managing the production processes and production staff to meet Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity, and Cost targets set by the Company.
You will be responsible for driving and managing your production line to meet customer needs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and motivating production staff to ensure they are working to their full potential and the operation is effectively staffed
- Ensuring all staff, including new staff, are trained and developed appropriately and relevant documentation is completed
- Achieving agreed quality standards and ensuring the product is consistently produced to the agreed standard and specification
- Continually developing and improving production processes and implementing new initiatives
- Monitoring and reporting KPI data in the KPI meeting
- Escalating issues in a timely manner through key personnel
- Planning daily boards and rotas for staff
- Ensuring staffing issues are dealt with effectively, consistently, and fairly
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent communication skills and strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Self-motivation and a positive working attitude
- Reliability and ability to form good working relationships
- A practical approach to problem-solving
- A team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision and be approachable to staff members
