Role Overview:

As a Tender Management Specialist, you will be an essential member of the team, collaborating closely with the UK Bids and Tenders Manager to facilitate the tender process. Your focus will be on the development and execution of proposal protocols, taking charge of the complete tender lifecycle and ensuring its effective delivery. Additional responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement all necessary proposal protocols and processes for tenders.
  • Operate effectively under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to guarantee precise and thorough tender submissions.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, follow a systematic approach, and demonstrate strong organizational capabilities.
  • Contribute as a team player to the overall success of the tender initiatives.
  • Handle administrative duties and engage with all stakeholders in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in bid/tender management, tender coordination, or project management is highly preferred.
  • Alternatively, candidates with a background in B2B customer coordination, B2B customer service, or customer support are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector and understanding of NHS frameworks is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, methodical approach, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation:

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Bonus: £3,000
