Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team at Company: in Luton. As a key player in the Aerospace, Defence and Security industry, we require an individual with expertise in Configuration Management to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the 5 key Configuration Management activities, including Configuration Management Planning, Configuration Identification, Change Control, Configuration Status Accounting, and Verification and Audit.
  2. Work closely with our engineering delivery teams to ensure the Project dataset is maintained and configuration controlled.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Configuration Management best practices.
  4. Develop and maintain Configuration Management Plans, including generation and review of CM Plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with DEF STAN 05-57 and other relevant industry standards.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in Configuration Management, with a strong understanding of the five key elements: Planning, Identification, Change Management, Status Accounting, and Audit / Verification.
  2. Excellent practical understanding of CM2 methodology and experience in the development of Safety critical products.
  3. Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and a logical mindset.
  4. Experience with Product Management Tools, such as Teamcenter version 13 (Unified) and SAP.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
