We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse/Mental Health Practitioner to join our Health and Wellbeing Team in HMYOI Feltham. Main Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive mental health service, including assessment, treatment, and consultation work with young people and adults with mental health difficulties and learning disabilities.
- To develop, implement, and review short-term therapeutic interventions for referred young people, focusing on early intervention and prevention.
- To contribute to the integrated landing-based health support team, providing a visible presence on the landing and developing good working relationships with young people and staff.
- To participate in training, reflective practice, and policy reviews relevant to the Health and Wellbeing Team, ensuring compliance with DH PHPQIs, Offender Care KPIs, and HMIP Expectations.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Children's Nurse qualification.
- Evidence of personal and professional development, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and exceeding expectations.
