Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all departments have the necessary hardware and software to operate effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of product prices and change requests.
  • Oversee the month-end process for purchase ledger, ensuring all invoices are accounted for.
  • Monitor compliance with the purchase order system and notify management of any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain management reporting systems to extract data from various systems and produce KPI reports.
  • Collaborate with the IT support company to maintain hardware registers.
  • Provide technical support for general IT issues and troubleshoot problems with software programs.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accounting, systems, IT, and operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in software for accounts and operations, as well as strong Excel skills.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £30-35,000, depending on experience.
