This position involves overseeing two of their Domiciliary Care branches located in Bexley and Faversham.



About the Organization:
Delivering tailored care solutions to clients both in residential settings and within the community.

Position Overview:
Act as the CQC Registered Manager for two distinct services.
Supervise approximately 1800 hours of care delivered weekly.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards while maintaining exceptional quality of care.
Foster strong professional relationships and represent the agency at various external functions.
Guarantee that clients receive care tailored to their individual needs while upholding high service standards.
Manage, recruit, and mentor staff, ensuring they receive appropriate training for their roles.
Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to drive growth initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience in a home care environment at a managerial level.
Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations, with prior experience leading CQC inspections preferred.
Demonstrated managerial expertise.
Strong people management capabilities.
