Acute Dietician

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled dietitian to join our dynamic team at Northwick Park Hospital. As a key member of our dietetic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Main DutiesYou will be working on a combination of inpatient wards and out-patient clinics, managing a varied and interesting clinical caseload. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing nutritional support and advice to patients with a range of medical conditions
- Working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conducting audits and research to improve patient outcomes and services
- Developing and maintaining accurate records and statistics
