We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled dietitian to join our dynamic team at Northwick Park Hospital. As a key member of our dietetic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a dietitian, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of our services
