Care Home: Tees Grange

Location: Stockton-on-Tees (TS20)

Hours: Full time - perm night shifts, or 3 weeks nights, 1 week days

Rate: £21.20 per hour

Tees Grange is a specialist care service for adults living with complex and high acuity needs. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will be empowered to make a real difference every day.

In this role, you will work at a senior level, under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Manager, to manage a team of nursing and care colleagues on night shift, drive quality and maintain high standards of care.
