Position Overview

This is a Full Time, Permanent position, ensuring that you receive compensation for all annual working days, including Holiday Pay and Sick Pay. A fully funded company vehicle will be provided, allowing for direct travel from home to project sites.

About the Company

Join a reputable landscaping firm with over 35 years of experience in the industry. You will be part of a dedicated team working on extensive landscaping initiatives, which include:

  • Revitalizing parks and gardens
  • Establishing public pathways and green spaces
  • Developing green infrastructure projects

The clientele encompasses a diverse range of sectors, including local authorities, prestigious parks, commercial developers, educational institutions, and luxury property developers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Landscaping Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Utilize plans and planting diagrams to execute large-scale landscaping designs
  • Oversee the construction of various elements, including:
    • Fencing installations
    • Construction of hoggin pathways
    • Planting of shrubs, tree whips, and mature trees
    • Building footbridges and installing street furniture
  • Lead and manage your team effectively
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing large landscaping projects
  • A current CSCS Card
  • Excavator certification (above/below 10 tonnes) and Dumper certification
  • A valid driving license
  • Preferably, a SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
