MCS Group is delighted to be working with a growing charity as they look to recruit for a Finance Manager to join their team.

About the Role

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Variance analysis and board pack preparation
  • Overseeing year-end reporting
  • Overseeing a small team working on payroll, AP, AR
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes

**About the Person:**

  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
  • Strong management accounts production experience
  • Experience overseeing a small team

**Package:**

  • Salary up to £45k (DoE)
  • 25 days holiday (Increases with service)
