The Role:
As a key member of the HR team, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR functions, including:
- Coordinating the recruitment process from initial job posting to onboarding.
- Processing payroll data and liaising with internal and regional managers on HR policy and procedures.
- Monitoring employee holidays and absences, and administering staff benefits schemes.
You will also be involved in process and policy development to ensure HR best practice and compliance.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use initiative to resolve issues.
- Solid IT skills, including MS Office.
This role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop a career in Human Resources, with opportunities for further CIPD study and support.
