Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

We are AWE, a team of remarkable people working on a critical mission: ensuring the nation's safety and security.

Our work is at the forefront of nuclear technologies, delivering the next warhead for the UK's nuclear deterrent.

AWE supports the government's strategy, working on various projects that contribute to the nation's safety.

As a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our work, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to maintain the highest standards.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality assurance and control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Identify and report quality issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
