About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Compliance Associate to join our global Research Compliance team at Avomind. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of expert knowledge to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Validate Expert Profiles: Carefully review expert profiles and project requirements to ensure that all information complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Format and Proofread Written Output: Format, proofread, and screen written output (transcripts) to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any compliance flags and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide Compliance Training: Develop and deliver legal and compliance training to internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 0-12 months of professional work experience in a Compliance Associate, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, with a 2:1 or higher.
