Job Overview

**Business Insight Analyst**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insight Analyst to join our team at Nicholson Glover. As a Business Insight Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • **Business Metrics**: Develop and maintain key business metrics, including market share, sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through, to provide a comprehensive view of our performance.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Supply Chain Management, and other stakeholders, to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.
  • **Strategic Reporting**: Support the Head of Display with P&L analysis, weekly business plans, and key initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • **Expertise in Excel**: Advanced proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, and preferably macros to analyze and present complex data insights.
  • **Curiosity**: A natural curiosity to dig into data and uncover the story behind the numbers, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • **Collaboration Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams to drive business outcomes.
  • **Experience**: Minimum 2+ years of experience working in an insights/analytics focused role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights and recommendations.
